OUR HISTORY
First Metropolitan Financial Services is a family-owned consumer finance company that has provided traditional installment lending for more than 30 years. Being a family-owned company, we have always prided ourselves on having close community ties, an emphasis on premium customer service, and the highest level of honesty and integrity.
Our organization got its start in the Memphis area in 1987 with a single location on Shelby Oaks Drive. First Metropolitan then opened its second location in Bartlett, Tennessee in 1996. Three years later we opened our third location- expanding into Mississippi, with a location in Olive Branch. Since 2004 we have added 21 new locations with 8 being in West Tennessee and 17 throughout Mississippi. First Metropolitan now has 24 convenient locations to help serve all your financial needs.
We continue to look for opportunities to serve more communities in Tennessee and Mississippi and expand the First Metropolitan Financial Services tradition of lending excellence.
